A-1 Muffler Shop

Pat is the man. Excellent service and priced right!

Younger brother took his vehicle in to have exhaust reattached at the flange. Instead of reconnecting they cut his catalytic converter off (without his consent) and welded a straight pipe in its place. When asked why they did it they didn’t give an explanation and rather said just to come in and they would put it back on. Poor business practices.

It was great working with Pat, everyone at the shop is very friendly, they were honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. We will be going back for all mechanical needs.

Walked in. An older guy asked me how they could help me. so I told him what I wanted and he said they could it right then for the $300 that they had told over the phone last week....they put it up on the lift and he came back in and told me that I really didn't need all new pipes and they could just put another muffler on and use my duals as usual......he also said it would save me about $100 by doing it that way....how many times has this ever happened to you ??? Great job and I was out of there in less than an hour !!!!! Great job, great service and another happy customer !!!!!

Pat,Joellen, and Tommy are who I had experience with....they are all great, professional, and HONEST!!! They saved me money in many ways by being honest. They could of told me I needed alot more stuff like the competition, but they only suggested what I needed.. These days that is RARE!!!!!!.... My mufflers worked great and the welds were unbreakable...THE SOUND WAS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN I EVEN IMAGINED!!!..Also their price for tips being welded on was less than half of the competitors....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ABOVE ANY OTHER ONES NOT JUST IN MUNCIE BUT IN INDIANA....Also they do more than mufflers. They do brakes and suspension as well...maybe more stuff than that but I'm not su…
